These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at socraz.com and any related products, services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Services") provided under the Socraz brand ("Socraz", "we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to comply with all applicable laws and platform rules. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Your account and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your account is compromised or used in violation of these Terms.
4. The Services
Socraz offers promotional and delivery based services for social media visibility and engagement. Service descriptions, delivery expectations, and any limitations are displayed at checkout or within the relevant product page and form part of these Terms.
You acknowledge that outcomes on third party platforms depend on factors outside our control, including platform systems, policy changes, content performance, and account status.
5. Platform independence and user responsibility
Socraz is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, Facebook, TikTok, ByteDance, YouTube, Google, or any of their partners.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Services complies with: (1) platform rules and community guidelines; (2) consumer protection, advertising, and unfair competition laws; (3) any disclosure obligations that apply to your audience or customers.
You use the Services at your own risk. We are not responsible for actions taken by third party platforms, including restrictions, removals, or account penalties.
6. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- use the Services for unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
- misrepresent purchased or delivered metrics as organic proof of influence where such representation would be misleading under applicable law
- attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Services or related systems
- bypass security features or access areas you are not authorized to access
- resell, sublicense, or provide the Services to others unless explicitly permitted in writing by Socraz
We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate access without notice where appropriate.
7. Account requirements for delivery
Certain Services require information such as a username, post URL, or content identifier to enable delivery. Unless stated otherwise: (1) your account must remain eligible for delivery during the delivery period; (2) if the platform requires public visibility for delivery, your account must remain public while delivery is pending; (3) if you change usernames, links, or content settings during delivery, delivery may fail or be delayed.
If delivery is impacted by changes you make to account settings or content identifiers, you may not be entitled to a refund for the affected portion, except where required by law or explicitly stated in the Refund Policy below.
8. No guarantees
We strive to deliver what you purchase as described, but we do not guarantee:
- uninterrupted or error free operation of the Services
- a specific outcome, ranking, reach, conversion, revenue, or performance result
- exact timing or pacing unless explicitly promised in writing at checkout
Where a service is not fully delivered, contact support and we will evaluate and, where appropriate, provide a remedy consistent with these Terms.
9. Pricing, taxes, and payments
Prices are shown at checkout. Taxes may apply depending on your location and applicable law.
Payments are processed via third party payment processors. We do not store full payment card details on our servers. Security measures such as SSL encryption may be used during payment flows depending on the processor.

10. Chargebacks, disputes, and fraud prevention
Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, you agree to contact support at support@socraz.com and provide reasonable detail so we can attempt to resolve the issue.
If a chargeback or payment reversal is initiated without first contacting support, or if we reasonably believe a dispute is fraudulent or abusive, we may: (1) suspend or terminate your account; (2) suspend or revoke access to the Services; (3) provide evidence to the payment processor or financial institution; (4) restrict future purchases associated with your account, device, or network identifiers to the extent permitted by law.
11. Refund Policy
11.1 General policy
If you are not satisfied with a purchased service, you may request a refund within 30 calendar days from the date of the initial purchase, unless a different policy is shown at checkout for a specific product.
Refund requests must be submitted to support@socraz.com and should include: (1) your order number; (2) the service purchased; (3) the reason for the request.
11.2 Exclusions
Refunds are not available for:
- free credits, promotional items, or bonuses
- services that have been fully delivered as described
- requests involving violations of these Terms
- situations where delivery was blocked or impaired due to your account or content becoming ineligible, including private settings, removed content, incorrect links, or username changes
11.3 Review process
We aim to review refund requests within 3 to 5 business days. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Settlement timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
11.4 Right to deny
We may deny refund requests where we reasonably believe there is abuse, repeated refund behavior, or an attempt to exploit the policy.
12. Subscriptions and automatic renewals
Some Services may be offered as automatically renewing subscriptions. If you purchase a subscription, you authorize recurring billing at the stated interval until you cancel.
12.1 Billing and renewal
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis beginning on the purchase date and renew automatically unless canceled prior to renewal.
12.2 Cancellation
You may cancel through your account dashboard if available, or by contacting support where dashboard cancellation is not available. Cancellation stops future charges but your subscription typically remains active until the end of the current billing period.
12.3 No proration
Unless required by law or explicitly stated in the Refund Policy, subscription fees are non refundable and non prorated once charged.
12.4 Delivery rules and limits
Subscription delivery applies to new eligible content going forward during the active subscription period. We may impose reasonable delivery limits to prevent abuse and maintain quality, which may be disclosed at checkout or within your dashboard.
12.5 Payment failures
If a recurring payment fails, we may retry billing and/or pause delivery until payment is successfully processed.
13. Intellectual property and site license
All content on the Services, including text, design, logos, UI, and software, is owned by Socraz or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non exclusive, non transferable license to access the Services for your personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from any part of the Services unless permitted in writing by Socraz.
14. Third party links
The Services may include links to third party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third party websites is at your own risk.
15. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Socraz and its directors, employees, contractors, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the Services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid to Socraz for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the 3 months preceding the event, unless a different limit is required by law.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Socraz from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of laws or third party rights.
18. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, or created legal or operational risk. You may stop using the Services at any time.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on the website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
20. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Samsun / Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Türkiye for disputes arising from these Terms or the Services, except where consumer protection laws require otherwise.
